Can anyone comment on the keel to the top of the bow/stern rails height of the CD33 or the CD330?
Over the weekend, I viewed 2 CD33s and a CD330. All were on the East Coast and I would need to transport the boat back to Minnesota if purchased. I know the beam of 10'3'' on each is not a serious problem nor is the length, but the height may be a problem.
Also - does anyone have experience with a "wet" loading trailer (tryad) on a boat this size?

Re: CD33 or CD330 transport info
NO PROBLEM HAULING VIA TRANSPORT. WE HAVE TRUCKED OUR CD 33 FROM FLORIDA TO NEW YORK STATE. THE HEIGHT OF THE BOAT ON A BOAT TRANSPORT TRAILER IS FINE. WE REMOVED STANCHIONS AND LIFELINES TO KEEP THEM CLEAN. A TIP -- WRAP YOUR MAST IN PLASTIC; IT WILL KEEP EVERYTHING PROTECTED AND CLEAN. CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR PURCHASE OF A CAPE DORY; YOU SHOULD BE VERY HAPPY WITH IT.Rick wrote:
