Shawn,
Positive experience with Outboardsonline. In November, 2001, I bought a Typhoon without an outboard and did not have time to shop around at marine dealers. So I ordered a two stroke Tohatsu 3.5 hp, model M3.5B2, from Outboardsonline. Transaction was smooth and professional. Engine arrived in perfect condition in the factory sealed box. All documentation and warranty papers were also included.
Based on phone conversation with their service tech, I also ordered a shorter pitch prop to get the appropriate lower torque for my Typhoon (7.4" dia x 5.7" pitch).

Porta-Bote
I purchased the same motor from Porta-Bote for my Ty a year ago. I had roughly the same experience as Mike, though no advice on the different prop, which I may add this year.

We bought ours online from Defender
We bought our outboard online from Defender, a 3.5 hp Nissan for $735.00. That was less than we found anywhere else we looked. Shipping was only $24. It came fast, and in perfect condition. FWIW
