I crossed paths with two other Cape Dory 28's yesterday, one fueling
at Marina Bay and the other (Hull #2) in Boston's South Channel.
I've read about efforts to start an East Coast club and think that something
more local might be a better way to start...
Boston area CD owners are invited to email me or watch for me (CD28,
#167) in Boston Harbor... I monitor channel 16.

Re: Boston Harbor CD Association
I would think that the Boston area would be a great place for an
association since there probably are a lot of CD's in the area.
Also it is not so far that some of us up here in Maine could
participate at least once in a while. Also, we could make the cruise
down if an event was special enough.
Keep me posted on how you make out. I'm out of Rockland, ME with hull
number 124 - Aquarius

Re: Boston Harbor CD Association
I am the new owner of a Typhoon Daysailer (18') which I'll be mooring at the Boston Harbor Sailing Club moorings off Rowes Wharf in Boston most of the summer, except for a couple of weeks at Lake Chautauqua (western NY state) and up in Maine (Robinhood Marina) from time to time (I have a little cabin nearby). Obviously I'm not in a position to do CD cruises with the bigger boats, but I'd be interested in any local activities, day-sails, etc. Name of my boat is "Reverie"; give me a hail if you see me in the harbor. My address is 4 Longfellow Place, Boston 02114; phone 723-3345.Neil Gordon wrote: I crossed paths with two other Cape Dory 28's yesterday, one fueling
