CD33 Rudder leaks and CD33 prop size

I too have the leaky rudder problem and had the yard look at it. Their advice was to drill a 1/2" hole in the bottom of the rudder, pack it with epoxy, let it harden and drill it out for a threaded bolt to go into when she goes back in the water. I too am concerned about what's happening with the corrosion inside the blade, but can do little about it at the moment. The yard estimated $5000 to $6000 to build another rudder.Hopefully my Pacific Plus Windpilot Vane will steer the boat if I loose my blade.

I also need some info on the correct size of propeller that was mated to the Volvo MD11C and the CD33 hull.
