Ocean Engineering,242 Branford Rd, North Branford has the plans for the stern rail and will build it for you. The phone number there is 203 488-8960. They made a new bow pulpit for my Typhoon Weekender last year and it was perfect. It cost about $250 and took about 2 weeks for them to finish it.
