Docking CD28 with wind

I'm having a tough time getting into and out of my slip... prevailing wind
is down the fairway. Backing out, the bow wants to go downwind and I have
little steerageway in reverse. Coming back in, with wind astern, I can't get the
bow to swing into the slip before the leeway has carried me past.

Any suggestions?
