For what it may be worth, using litmus paper I found that the liquid oozing from the hull is acidic (Ph less than 5), that is, the strip remained yellow. Salt water turns turns litmus paper blue. This further supports the theory that the liquid is condensed water, which as it leaches through the fiber glass picks up acid.
