1984 CD 31 #51 "Mary Alice" is up for sale due to financial need.

This exceptional cruising yacht has been continually upgraded since the year 2000.

Engine replaced (2001) with Betamarine BD722 (currently 996 hrs).

Balmar 65amp Alternator, Smart Regulator, 300 Amp/hr AGM house bank, 110 Amp/hr AGM start/windlass bank.

Topsides Awlgripped Flag Blue. Deck, cabin-top, cockpit Awlgripped Oyster White with new non-skid surfaces.

New key-lock lid closures on all 3 cockpit lockers (visible in background below engine panel).

New Harken 16ST and Andersen 28ST winches for main halyard and main and staysail sheets with 5 Spinlock XAS rope clutches on cabin top for sail handling from the cockpit.

New Harken 32.2 two speed self-tailing foresail sheet winches on coaming.

Other features include mirror finish exterior varnish, satin finish interior varnish, beige, glove leather settee upholstery, individual dimmer controlled cabin reading lights, dimmable night vision (red) and clear cabin dome lights, macerator pump-out for holding tank, water tank level sensors on custom teak inner bulkhead panel.

Also on this panel are a Link 20 battery monitor, two bilge pump switches, one of them an Aqualarm with counter, Espar cabin heater control, autopilot remote plug, and 12VDC and 110VAC outlets and the refrigeration control panel.

Has spinnaker with snuffer "sock" and will definitely travel.
