CD25 VS Typhoon Weekender

CD25 VS Typhoon Weekender
I would like to know the differences in the CD25 vs the Typhoon Weekender other than the 25 has a larger cabin and a motorwell. Is the Typhoon as stable under sail? is there much difference in size in the cockpit? Does the trailability of the Typhoon override the space of the 25 if both are used for day-sailing.Does the Alberg design of the Typhoon have any advantages over the CD25 design? I would appreciate any discussion on this subject since everyone that has a Typhoon seems to think it is the perfect small boat.

My comparison:
* For coastal cruising...I would like the CD25. It has more creature comforts and take more gear. Can take a bit more wind and sea. I would not say it was less or more "stable" than the Ty.
* For frequent trailering....I would like the Ty. It will feel a bit more performance oriented than the CD25. Less boat to rig, trailer and care for. Ideal for daysailing.
* Both of these are in the same general price range. The Ty Senior and 22 will a bit more money.
