Marine Exchange

This is one for the Boston area members. Years ago, the Marine Exchange, a used and new gear shop , was located on Rte. 1 north of Boston. It is now gone.

I was told by a clerk at the West Marine store near there that the inventory of the Marine Exchange was purchased by someone and they reopened in a new location under a new name.

Does anyone know if this is correct and where this business is?

I frequent a fairly good "Marine Exchange" also on Route 1 but located about 1 mile North of Wickford, RI. If you wish to tell me what you are looking for I can see what they have and even send you email pictures.
