Mad Hatter's Float Plan

To All:
The Mad Hatter and crew will be up in the Long Island/Block Island Sound area during the last week of June and the first week of July. We plan to take the boat to Cape May, NJ the weekend of June 18th and leave her there until the following weekend. Either on the 24th or 25th we plan a sail to Block Island, weather permitting. If the weather doesn't cooperate we will hop along the Jersey shore and make our way to Block. We plan a quick trip to Cuttyhunk and a stop over in Jamestown to replenish supplies and bid a farewell to the island where I grew up. The last of the family is moving away in July.....then an overnight at the Mystic Seaport on June 30th or July 1st. From there we will make our way back west through Long Island Sound visiting various ports of call along the way. We may spend the "4th" with a group of Dorians in Oyster Harbor as well. Then start our return through the East River and back down to Cape May. If any of you will be around sailing during this time let us know and maybe we can meet. Let us know via email (hatter11@comcast.net) we will have access along the way via laptop and wireless connections......Hope to see many Cape Dory owners along the way.....
