I'll be hauling Zenobia (CD33 hull no. 100) this winter to do some maintenance such as redoing the bottom paint, servicing the through hulls, checking/replacing the prop zinc, etc. I'm wondering if there is anything else I should do at the same time. What about the cutlass bearing? Anything else I should do while she is hauled?

Only if it needs to be replaced. If it's not worn, why bother?

You seem to have covered everything... but think about whether depth and/or speed logs are ok. If not, you might need new thru hulls for a newer model.
