I have a 1980 CD27 for sale in Essex, MD (suburb of Baltimore) which is being handled through Essex Marina and Boat Sales. Their number is 410-686-3435. She is in pretty good shape, although I have not sailed her for a year. I have a 1981 CD28 which is now berthed at my home in Florida. I had planned to move the CD27 to Florida, but found a CD28 for an attractive price and decided to sell the CD27. Contact Essex Marina if you are interested and I found the cost to move her to be $1525 for about an 1100 mile trip. Only additional cost would be the hauling at each end, but as I found, if you pay for the haulout for the survey, the same place will haul for transport for no additional cost.
