I am the recent beneficaiary of a set of foresails ranging in size and condition. The sail that happens to be in the best shape is badly discolored and rust spotted. I don't think it will clean well so I was wondering whether dyeing to tan-bark is an option. Does anyone have any experience with such a thing? Is it possible or folly?
