So.Cal. Cape Dory 36

I've inquired about a CD 36 in the Long Beach area. I'm told that she's a bit tired (needs bright work - at least?), and hasn't been pulled in at least 2 yrs. Has anyone knowledge of this yacht? She's been on the market at least 9 months, and I'm in the east but seriously contemplating a move west. I'd appreciate any info before I commit to traveleing for a look.
