Can anyone tell me where I can make spare keys for the Door (The key looks like a church Key) and for my Volvo Diesel?
So far I had no luck.

I just had new keys made for the engine and cabin door. The engine key can be made from an ilco vo73s x30 blank. The cabin door is a real problem as I was told that it comes from a European blank. Fortunately my lock shop had 2 blanks somewhat close to the original and it worked after a little fine filing. I'll try to get the blank number and send it to you....or you could take the lock off and bring it to a locksmith to rework it... or you could go to Europe and pick up a blank.
