It depends on whether it has the inboard diesel. From the four available in soundings (http://www.soundingspub.com/search/sail1search.shtml)I'd say the 22D (diesel version) would bring around $11,000 to $13,000 if in "perfect condition" and a non diesel maybe two to three thousand less. Just a guess though.

I live in colorado and sold my 1882 CD22 (with outboard) last spring to a guy in Reno Nevada for $10,995.00.
