I have a CD25 with a 8hp Yamaha outboard. I have been keeping the engine in the motor-well full time, but last week (despite anti-foulant paint) the water coolant intakes got so gummed-up with growth that the engine stalled. Rather than pull the engine after every use, does anyone have any suggestions about how to keep this the intakes clean? Any insight would be appreciated.
