I'm in the same exact boat as you and Larry, so to speak.

Perhaps not quite so severe. For me it's mostly green nav lights look white until I'm really close.

I like the filters idea. What sort of filters do you use? Is there a problem with reduced light trasmission?
How did you have them made into a pair of glasses?
