What causes leaks in a 28?

hi,

all i can say is rebed all your hardware and check your prop shaft and thru hull fitting.

but, when i had that last leak it lasted for months until i took the boat out of the water and found the thru hull fitting was crack on the out side of the boat and let water into the bilge.
