I was untangling my running riging after hurricane Floyd and acccidentaly pulled my main halyard out of the mast of my CD Typhoon is there any way of putting it back in without unstepping the mast?

Jack,you can take a little trip,-up the mast in a bosun's chair.An experience all sailors relish.I think I'd get a friend to assist in dropping the mast,Unstepping one on a Typhoon shouldnt be too bad.Good luck.RFM
