Seasprite 23, Another 1957 Alberg Design

Post by Dana Arenius »

Hi Folks,

There has been a number of questions on this board concerning another Alberg design (Seasprite 23). I was fortunate enough to own a 1981 a few years back. They are very popular in the Norhteast and quite a few have been built. I thought I would share with you some pictures of what this boat looked like.

Please take a look at:

I think you will like it.

Dana, I enjoyed your web sites. I have a similar boat to the Seasprite, a Kittiwake 24. There were well ever 500 of these built in the 70s. They are fairly common here in the Southwest.

It would be nice to have an information exchange for Alberg designs in general. However, I often read the CD site due to the similarity of the designs.
