I recently bought another man's project of restoring a cd26.
I need to locate a manual, a layout or design/drawings of her.
I have much of the original boat but need info on where winches,
carriage, cleats ect. belong.Any info or help on finding these things
would be very much welcomed. Thanx.

That's a nice project. The CD26 manual is part of a multi-model manual. It is downloadable from the main page of this web site. Go to www.toolworks.com/capedory then look carefully at the main page top heading for "WHERE TO LOOK". The CD26 is listed under Owners Manual. It has the rigging, main sheet arrangement, etc. in drawings. It will be of some help. There are a number of people on the site who have the CD26 and CD26D. Mine is hull #2. There were some changes internal to the boat layout. You may take a look at my CD26 web page at the site listed below. Will help answer any question I can.
