I believe you did miss one wish, though.

Wish to go SAILING!!!

As soon as it gets into the high 50's with any wind at all, I'll be hunkered behind the dodger sailing. Hope you can do the same

How about:

"As long as the wind is below the high 50's with any temperature at all, ..."

rubbing it in...

Neil,

Be sure to bring along your survival suit if you venture out in Boston Harbour today! That's just Randy's way of rubbing it in to all us Northern folk.

FYI, they sail all through the winter in Boston Harbor. (I don't, but "they" do!)

Cathy, I've loaded the coordinates into my GPS so that I may find the time to dream, wonder, remember, celebrate, be and wish... let's hope the batteries hold up. Happy Holidays to you and Bruce from the crew of Frangipani John and Chris Gilbert.

Cathy and Bruce, thank you for the greeting and thoughts. Very well done and made me happy ..........even as winter deepens!

Best to all who pass through this great internet connection and discuss all of our lovely Cape Dory boats. I wish you all good health and smooth sailing from one of the Maine Typhooners.

Not at all Dick.

IF I wanted to be mean I would have mentioned that it's forcast to be in the mid 70's all week WITH wind. But that's not my style. Besides the last thing we need are a bunch of you northers moving down here and competing for dock space, haha

You do have one big advantage being up north. You might as well do all your seacocks and bottom once every year. Down here we have lots of boats that haven't been out of the water in decades.

Happy Holidays
