After I unstepped my Typhoon mast, the jib halyard got caught and got pulled inside the bottom of the mast. Any ideas on how to get the jib halyard back down through the mast bottom and on to the rollers?

Bob,
I assume you have an internal halyard. The mast of a Typhoon is light enough to pick up so try tying a string to a fishing weight, insert the weight over the halyard sheave, stand the mast up and retrieve the string through the halyard exit point. Now you have a fish to rereave the halyard.
