Well, wish us luck. All tied up and hunkered down for Hurricane Dennis. Last reports lead one to (hopefully)believe he will just skirt us and go back out to sea. Hurricane force winds are expected anyway.

Storm passed through Southport, NC last night. Very windy and lots of water. Solace survived unscathed. In fact looks like the whole area faired well. Luck to the Outerbanks and others north of us.

If your boat is the one in W. Creek...its a beauty....take care of it. When my wife and I were passing thru during the nasty weather in late April, we were admiring your boat. We have a CD-30 with the wood finished like yours. Keep your docklines off of the teak...one was wearing a groove and we tried to add a chafe protector...to protect your teak while the winds were blowing 40-50mph.
