Can you tell me a source to obtain a freshwater heat exchanger for the the Chysler 360 (275 HP)Gas engine cooling system in my 28 ft Cape Dory?

There should be a name plate on the heat exchanger with the manufacturers name. I have a CD28 Sport Fisherman with Chrysler engine. I contacted SEN-DURE in Fort Lauderdale, FL on 954-973-1260 when I needed end caps and gasketsm for my heat exchanger.
