Newport Dory Baby rocker

Recently on a trip to Provincetown, Massachusetts, I saw a wooden baby rocker built inside of a Dory with a brass plaque engraved Newport Dory 1999 and is built by a man from Newport Rhode Island. Any contact or information would be appreciated.
