OTHER: Swim ladder. Boat is in salt water moored at a houseboat in Sausalito; no trailer. Owner kept log between September 1996 and May 22, 2000; his last reading was 714 hours on March 15, 2000 but boat now has 776.2 hours. Owner died April 28th, 2004.

This Cape Dory was sold in December of 2005. I'm posting this here since I still get inquiries about this boat months after it was sold. Please don't contact me about this boat.
