Lifeline Netting

Post by Bill »

Hello to all and FYI

Just received my lifeline netting (30') from Miller Net Company (800-423-6603) for $12.00 + freight ($5) compared to $40-50 (+freight) from WM. Harold was great to deal with and the stuff looks to be of high quality. This weekend I'll see how it fits.

Bill,
Since I'm pretty new to sailing, and yours was the first one I came across (lucky you), I was curious, what exactly does S/V stand for? I've seen it often, and don't want to maintain my ignorance. Thanks for the enlightenment.
