Mike,

I have one I'm not using because I went to 3 blades on my 25D a couple of years ago. I suppose it's the original -- bronze 12 by 12 RH, and in good shape.

FYI, I much prefer the 3-blade. It's a 12 x 8 and the 1GM turns just up to rated rpm with it. The 2-blade had too much pitch and the engine topped out at about 2800, with everything relatively clean, so I know the engine has benefitted from the pitch reduction, despite the greater blade area. In addition, the 3-blade provides better response when maneuvering in the marina. This improvement is marginal but nevertheless noticeable. There's always SOME blade area not hidden by the deadwood, and therefore out there in the flow doing its thing.

As for drag under sail, I haven't sensed any change. I don't have a KM, but even if I did, I don't think I would have conducted sufficient before-a
