I am trying to establish a data base on the sizes of opening and fixed ports on the different Cape Dorys. My intention is to produce opening and fixed ports to exactly match old production parts. I just need to know overall outside dimensions (cutouts if you like), whether fixed or opening and cabin side thickness. I also would like to know the different sizes and quantity of boats produced. Thanks

I have just ordered some screens for an '81 CD25. Spartan Marine made the bronze ports, call them for specs, they are very helpful.
