Since I bought my CD25D last February and since our local sailing lake is drained this year I was in desperate need of some boat fun. With my boat still on the trailer and having never owned a inboard diesel or even heard this one run for that matter. We decided to rig up the engine to run on the trailer. For the seriously deprived (or depraved) it was great fun to listen to the little Yanmar 1GM put away for over 1/2 hour. It brought a grin to my face and made the long wait for sailing season 2007 seem all that closer:-)

i was wondering where the sailing takes place in eugene. i saw some cute little typhoons on trailers along the highway.

I used to live in Eugene - where abouts is your sailing lake? Surely there must be other places you can trailor your boat rather than wait till 2007!!!
