Cheek block needed

I'm looking for a cheek block used in a main halyard system on my CD28, leading the halyard from mast to coachroof/cockpit winch. My block, which is broken, carries the name "Seaway USA," which may be a company now out of business. The block is 3 1/2 inches in length with a 2 1/2 inch diameter sheave which accommodates a 3/8th inch halyard. I haven't yet checked with Robinhood Marine which can furnish some Spartan Marine hardware but thought someone might recognize the name "Seaway USA" and a source for the same.
