June Cruise Plans in DE, NJ & NY

We will be sailing our CD 31 from the Sassafras River in Maryland through the C&D Canal to Delaware Bay, then up the NJ and NY coasts and eventually into Maine waters. We are familiar with Massachusetts Bay, having had our Typhoon docked in Scituate, MA. and points north.

We need advice on the early stages of the trip. Any help with ports, marinas and other planning information such as possible daily distances that can be made would be appreciated.

Our departure is planned for June 29th and we'd like to make the Oyster Bay Float In on the 4th. If there is anyone going that way whom we could accompany, please let us know.
