I have a 1974 Typhoon in excellent condition and located in Toms River, NJ about an hour's drive south of NYC. I'm presently in FL but could arrange to have you see the boat with a friend of mine (also a former Typhoon owner). It's price is $3750. It's a great boat for any sailor and I sell it reluctantly, but I live both north and south and need a shallow water boat for FL which will do just fine in NJ so I bought a Mud Hen which I will be taking north with me next month.

Hi:
We saw your listing & we are looking for a CD Weekender. We have a place on Long Beach Island and would like to arrange an opportunity to look at your boat the weekend of 3/26, 27, 28 if this is possible? Please let us know. Thanks, Dave Nairns
