It has been reccommended to me that there is a company called "St. Angelos wood" located in Rhode Island which is suppossedly an excellent source for Cape Dory Typhoon wood trim. I was told the company has a web site but I have not been able to locate it. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have toe rails on my Ty that are crying for replacement.

The former company at the St Angelo location was the orginal supplier of wood to Cape Dory. I have added a direct link at the bottom of this page. It is also listed in "Where To Look" on the main CD web page. For the toe rail it is important you have the dimensions of your existing rail cross section. They have the patterns but no cross reference to the Ty.

Nick, I recently replaced all my toe and rub rails on a CD25. Teak cost:$210.00 about 104' total. 52' of eachstyle. Steve St. Angelo has all the original molding cutters for Cape Dory trim and brightwork, but no way to match those profiles to particular parts on specific models. St. Angelo Hardwoods is located in Bristol, Rhode Island; there is almost certainly a teak supplier near you - at least in Jacksonville or Daytona Beach - who can mill the parts for you at a reasonable price.
Teak is currently around $14.00 per board foot, but lengths over 7' are harder to find and more expensive. If you cannot find a source locally, I can have my shop in Lake Helen, FL (near Orlando) make some up for you (but we are probably too expensive to be competitive); if you buy rails from St. Angelo Hardwoods, and he wants more than a few bucks for shipping, I may be able to sneak them on a truck from my Boston shop to Lake Helen next month for you to pick up.
