The roller furler on my CD27 - Harken model 0 - has a damaged foil section, and I fear that section needs to be replaced. The assembly instructions suggest that this will be near impossible, what with the red Loctite and putting the connectors on the forestay before the fittings are swaged on.
Any advice (or used rigs for sale)?
