Secondary Fuel Filter

Hi, can anyone help me with regard to replacing my secondary fuel filter which is a throw away type for a MD7 Volvo Penta marine deisel on a Cape Dory 30. It is a MD7 2 cylinder 12 horse power. My old filter does not have any identification on it and I'm not sure with what filter to replace it with, as I'm in Panama which does not have a local Volvo dealer. If anyone has any suggestions of a filter I can use made by another company, I would appreciate it.

Larry answered your questions about oil/fuel filters, but we would REALLY be interested in knowing the details of you trip. How did you get your CD30 to Panama, etc., etc.?
