I ordered a model in sept. What they said would take 2 to 3 weeks
took over 2 months. It took many phone calls to get it. They did do
a fine job, and it looks great on the wall. Keep calling!

My experience: I ordered a half-hull model of our CD 33 from Trident Studios (Tom Harsh)for my husband's Christmas present. Price was about $365.00,shipped. However, be aware that this company is not the easiest to deal with. I ordered the model in August (told it would take 4-6 weeks to complete) ,and it arrived 2 weeks before Christmas. When I called to check on the order, twice I was told it would be shipped "on Monday". Drove me nuts! Also, in spite of the fact that I sent a fax to verify the information for the plaque, the hull number was wrong, and the quality of the engraving was not great. I'm having the plaque redone locally, as I am afraid if I sent it back to Trident, it may take 3 months to get it back. The quality of the model was very nice, but I don't think it's worth the aggravation and lack of customer service to use Trident. If you're still interested, the phone number is (410) 255-8004.
