I noticed that the metal mount on the well of my CD25 is bent. Is there anyone out there that knows where I can replace it? Does a new piece have to be fabricated?Help

Hi Mike
The metal mounting brackets on my CD25 (1975)are simple aluminum angles. To replace in kind, most home centers carry stocks of aluminum angle which should be suitable. (Its worth checking the mounting board also as mine turned out to be so rotten the motor would have eventually dropped free!)
However to remove the bolts ment crawling inside the lazzeretts to access the back of the nuts. Miserable job unless you can bribe a small kid to go in.
Dont forget to use a marine sealant around the bolts or you will have water in the lockers.
