I'm a new owner of a 1982 CD25D and would like to replace the current Kenyon pressurized alcohol stove (2 burner) with a non-pressurized model. Current cut out on counter top is 13-3/8 x22-3/8 inches. Max width between edge of counter and inboard storage bin trim is 14". Any recommendations?
Also looking for replacement draw clamp for anchor locker. Spartan does not carry them.

Take a look at the Origo 3000 two burner counter top unit. I have had the Origo 2000 surface mount two burner unit for 12 years and have been very happy with it. The 3000 is countersunk model like your present unit with a removable cutting board cover. It utilizes non-pressurized alcohol. Very simple but effective design.Dan VanWinkle wrote: I'm a new owner of a 1982 CD25D and would like to replace the current Kenyon pressurized alcohol stove (2 burner) with a non-pressurized model. I'm alson searching for the anchor locker clamp, when I've found one I'l let you know. The Origo mentioned by Neil is an excellent choice, although I've not found any problems with my Kenyon. You just have to accept the fact that it does not operate like a Coleman. If you try to light it like a Coleman it acts like a flame thrower. (Ever wonder why the curtains above the stove on the CD's are sometimes missing?)Dan VanWinkle wrote: I'm a new owner of a 1982 CD25D and would like to replace the current Kenyon pressurized alcohol stove (2 burner) with a non-pressurized model. Does anyone know if there is a replacement stove that uses either propane or kerosene? I have the original alchohol, but it cooks so slow I could grow old before I eat. I would prefer kerosene for safety, but would consider anything that would fit into the cutout.
