Adding a inner forestay to a CD-28

I would like to install an inner forestay on
which to raise a storm jib. IS IT FEASIBLE to attach
an inner forestay on a CD-28? Has anyone done this?

I would remove the club-foot and the jib-boom and put
the forestay attachment there instead. What would have to be
added under the deck to take the strain?
