Will trade my Catalina 25 sailboat for a Typhoon

I would like to trade my Catalina 25, 1979, swing keel for a Typhoon.
The Catalina has a EZ Loader tandem axle trailer, a 1992 Johnson
9.9HP Sailmaster Engine, Full sail inventory, Spinnaker and whisker
poles, many other extras.

I want to get into a smaller boat for a few years. The Typhoon sounds
like what I'm looking for. Would like a trailer with the Typhoon.
