After stacking four cords of firewood tonight and tomorrow, I plan on visiting my boat, now on the hard, and it's new (used) dodger. But, as I gaze upon a picture of my boat, I noticed that the traveler is aft of the seahood. My question to CD30(+) owners who have similar arrangements is, does the forward edge of the dodger extend under the traveler to the seahood? and does this interfere with the hatch sliding all the way forward?
Thanks in advance for your information.

Re: "Captain Luddite" Asks About Dodgers
Gary,
On our CD30, we have an Island Nautical dodger and it does extend under the traveler, past it about 2 inches. Unless the dodger window was only zipped up, but not attached to the twist locks on the coach roof (ie; someone got lazy or in a hurry), there is no interference at all. However, under the condition where the dodger was not fully snapped down, it will interfere with closing the hatch a little, so we avoid that happening by either keeping the window rolled up, or fully attached in the closed position.
Cheers,

Thanks Larry!
Thanks for your input.I also e-mailed Chris Schnell about the dodger. Now I have to get the deckware for installation. I think I might have the yard do it. But, then I have all winter.
Thanks again.
