Typhoon Portlights

Is it difficult to remove the portlights on a Typhoon? I see the screw heads on the outside, but I am concerned about what they thread into on the inside.

Frank:
The screws should just go into the fiberglass and the ports are probably bedded in some sealant. Remove the screws and then with a thin bladed tool work the ports out. It shouldn't be tough.

be careful - the original portlights are only plastic. spring for some nice new bronze portlights with real glass for a great upgrade.
