Restoring and Need Help/Suggestions

[Cape Dory 25 Sloop(1978]

1. This particular boat has plastic portlites. I want to replace them with bronze. Is there a source for originals?

2. I have a strange leak that I cannot not find. Is it possible for water to pass from the "bilge under the cockpit area" into the salon from behind the ice box? I hate to have to tear everything out and find that it is impossible for water to pass through this area.

3. Is there a source for replacement teak (size and shape)or do I have to bite the bullet and have it custom made?

4. I desparately need a wiring diagram as the prior owner has made a mess out of the wiring.

5. There is a leak down the middle of the mast. Can it be coming from the bow light connection or could it be coming from the top of the mast area.

6. The main sail needs replaced. Is there a "perfect" replacement main sail for this boat? The boat is berthed in Ft. Myers, Florida - there is a lot of light air during the summer months.

7. Need a replacement forward hatch cover and hardware. Are there originals available?
