I need to replace an inside shroud turnbuckle (lost one in transit) but the marina launched my Ty before I could get a look at the others. If anyone has a suggestion or knows the specs, I would appreciate a little help as it will save me some time, travel and trial and error... Thanks

Re: Typhoon Weekender Turnbuckle Specs
Jim,
I replaced all of mine recently and believe that they were 1/4 inch in diameter stock with 12 inch total length. Measure this latter dimension on your boat. I found mine from Traditional Marine Outfitters. Not sure of the address but they were nice bronze parts identical to the originals. Try Spartan or Rig Right too. I had one actually snap where the thread enters the central part so replaced them all. It happend to be on my forestay in a stiff breeze and we almost lost the mast.Nothing like a quick turn downwind. Exciting day!
Good luck finding it.

Re: Typhoon Weekender Turnbuckle Specs
Any 1/4 inch turnbuckel will do, you can purchase some really nice bronze one from West Marine for about $12.00 each. while you are at it check your rigging and look for signs of wear.
