Hi Folks,
You have probably seen a couple of questions about the Sea Sprite line of boats on this site. The reason is.....they are very similiar to the Cape Dory and its line of 23, 27 (28), 30, and 34 foot models were in direct competition with Cape Dory. The SS23 was a Alberg design in 1n 1957....the rest started about 1980 but by Bill Luders, known for the Luders 30. Like Cape Dory, C.E. Ryder went out of business. The boats were built by C.E. Ryder of Bristol, R.I.
