The rubber cushion material on my motor mounts is about shot.The rest of the mount is in fine shape,does anyone have any ideas on replacement parts?The motor is a Perkins 4-108 and has been a great so far.I'd like to replace them and fix this little problem before it turns into a big problem.We sail Southern Lee in NC around the Outer Banks she is a 36 hull #105.Thanks in advance for the help....Steve
